They are in almost any sized city or town and located near train stations and downtown areas. If you are in a large sized city, you will find many that have agents that can speak English and other languages.

	H.I.S. Travel - H.I.S. is one of the most popular travel agencies because their staff can speak English. Their prices are usually good. This site however is only in Japanese but they have office in major cities around Japan.
	IACE Travel - It is a discount travel agency with many branches.
	E Tour - Japan's No. 1 Website for Discount Airfares.
	Japan Travel Bureau - JTB is Japan's largest travel agency. Although there isn't a lot of information on their English site, they have branches in most cities and towns. They offer specials packages for traveling as well as hotel and airline booking services.
